Healthy Food Las Vegas Airport Restaurants

Ah yes, Sin City airport – one of the best places in the world to people watch on Monday mornings as the crowd stumbles to their flights after a long weekend. I’ve been through this airport a number of times, but very seldom stop to eat. Here are a few spots that I’ve found, but am always open to new suggestions – please comment below if you have any recommendations on where to find healthy food at LAS. See more healthy tips for LAS here!

A Gates

Moe’s Southwest (Quick Service)

Quick service Mexican cuisine with good vegetarian and meat options. Stick with the bowls or salads to avoid the extra calories and add plenty of vegetables and beans to get your minerals and fiber.

B Gates

360 Gourmet Burritos (Quick Service)

Stick to the burrito bowl or salad for a healthy meal. I also go for the shrimp burrito bowl, light rice with pepper, onion and guacamole!

C Gates

Jamba Juice (Quick Service)

Jamba Juice is a staple airport spot when it comes to looking for something healthy before a flight. Be careful to avoid a sugar bomb with some of their juice mixers. I always ask to mix with milk or water rather than the juice which reduces the sugar. Also, try adding kale for extra fiber! Don’t forget to check out their bowls, too, which are also a great healthy alternative.

Fresh Market on the Go (C Gates – Grab and Go)

Good options for prepackaged fruits, vegetables and salads for a quick and healthy meal or snack.

D Gates

Rachel’s Kitchen (Grab and Go, Quick Service) Menu (airport location has a limited menu)

Rachel’s Kitchen is my number one recommendation at LAS. They have juices, smoothies, acai bowls, salads, sandwiches and more. Rachel’s serves high quality and healthy food which makes it my number one spot to check out at LAS. The airport location does have a limited menu so it’s probably worth having a few back-up ideas in mind if you take a look at their website menu.

Baja Fresh ( D Gates, Quick Service)

Quick service Mexican cuisine with veggie, fish and meat options. The Baja Bowls and salads are great options for a filling, but healthy meal in LAS.

E Gates

Las Vegas Chophouse and Brewery (Full Service)

This steakhouse is a great option if you’re looking for a full service restaurant with some healthy offerings. Whether you’re looking for steak and potatoes, salmon or a hearty salad, this is your place.
